COVID-19 Precautions

As guests of View Hotels, we appreciate your loyalty and confidence in us as your travel partner. 

We are currently complying with all local regulations regarding vaccinations and restrictions. 

Our team recognizes the challenges that you may face while making travel plans. With uncertainty arising from COVID-19, our guests’ wellbeing remains our top priority. We have been sanitizing, disinfecting and deep cleaning every area in our hotels. We are committed to the health and safety of our guests and staff and will do everything possible to look after you during your stay. There have been some changes to how we deliver our food and beverage experiences, with our focus on delivering these experiences in a safe and enjoyable manner. We apologize if any of these actions are an inconvenience during your stay, however, we are determined to follow best practices for our guests and team members to keep everyone safe and healthy. 

Rooms and Common Areas 

Our housekeeping teams have remained vigilant when it comes to maintaining the cleanliness of our rooms and common areas. Frequently trafficked spaces are cleaned and sanitized every hour by our team. This includes all door handles, elevator buttons, and other items that are frequently touched.  

Conferences, Meetings, & Events 

View Sydney will continue to offer spaces for conferences, meetings, and events. We will operate in compliance with all social distancing measures to make sure our guests are safe and remain healthy. Parking

Onsite Car parking is subject to availability on a “first occupied basis”. ($40 per night). Car parking is also available offsite at the nearby 111 pacific Highway (100 Metres away from hotel). Pin code will be provided by the reception team at the time of check-in to access the secure car park. 

Check in / Check out times

Check in time is 3:00PM, check out time is 11:00AM. A request for early check-in can be made directly with the hotel and is subject to availability. 

Should you require a later check-out please contact reception on the day prior to your departure. 

Luggage Storage

We would be pleased to store your luggage free of charge during your stay at View Hotels.

Pets

We love our furry friends at View Hotels. Dogs are welcome at all of our properties for an added fee of $50/day. To ensure your pooch is greeted properly, please send the following information 24 hours in advance to [email protected]:

Breakfast: 7 Days a week, Mon-Fri: 6:30AM to 10AM, Sat-Sun & Public Holidays: 7AM to 1030AM 

Dinner: Thursday to Saturday: 6PM to 9PM 

In Room Dining: Available everyday 

Upgrades
